Fire House Roof Is On!

The roof is on, just in time for a lovely rain. Thanks to the crew: Bruce Smith, Peter Askeland, Jake Jacobson, Gore Flynn, Earl Bethel, and Steve Roessler.

Pot Hole Repair Scheduled for Saturday, March 19th

Here are just a few of the pot holes on Ocean View Blvd., in Section 2. They will be filled with cement this Saturday. The road will be closed to traffic on this section.

Fires South of Bahama Palm Shores

Here's the reason we need our fire truck and firebreaks. These fires are smoldering just south of us, waiting for the next big wind to build them up again. Pray for a soaking rain! Thanks to Tara Lavallee, who took the photos yesterday, March 11, 2011.

Fire House Work Day - Wednesday, March 9th

Volunteers are needed to frame in the gable end and install hurricane clips. Work starts at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, March 9th.

All proceeds from the mini-raffle, silent auction, and book sale at the picnic on Saturday will go to benefit Mr. and Mrs. Brady Lowe's granddaughter, Aimee, age 5. Aimee will undergo her fourth heart operation in May. Meet Aimee and her mother, Lou Ann, at the picnic!
