Bruce is planning a work day for Sat Dec 31st. at 8:00am at the fire house.


The plan is to install the Hardie corner trim and trim around the big doors then begin to install some siding. He got his generator to work using a rope to start it.

Please help if you can! Great way to ring out the old year!

Thanks to a volunteer crew, potholes were filled on the paved roads in Section 1 on Saturday, December 17. Stay tuned for the next volunteer work opportunity.

Christmas Carol Sing

Residents of BPS are invited to share in the singing of Christmas Carols on the Tuesday 13th Dec. at 6:30 p.m. Venue is at the fire house in Casuarina. All are invited and refreshments will be served.

Pot Hole Work Day December 17

You are "cordially" invited to a Christmas pothole repair work day. Saturday, December 17, 2011. We will mix tar, pea rock, and sand at Frank Croft's large lot, starting at 9:00 AM. Work plan is to fill pot holes first on Pine Beach Road (main entrance road), and second on Ocean View Drive south of the Esplanade. Please bring a shovel and a positive attitude. Please RSVP so that we know how many workers are available. Thank you!

A big thank you to Jackie Estevez, who placed 100 yellow double sided road reflectors between the main and southern entrances today; the majority at the southern entrance due to it being a blind corner. This will be a big help until the long-promised street light is installed.
